WARRANTY CONDITIONS 1) All new parts, machinery parts and performed work is covered quality warranty in 12 months from the date of signing the handover protocol - handing the machine over to the customer. 2) Warranty and exceptional customer service is provided by the supplier of machinery FERMAT CZ s.r.o, or his authorized representative. 3) In case of an operational failure of the offered machinery requiring diagnostic intervention producers service is within 3 working days from the notification and confirmation of the defect. 4) The contractor is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, incorrect or unskilled operation of the machinery, the intervention of a third party without the consent of the contractor.
