The machine can be endowed with an Immaterial Barrier, with Bimanual control or with the following options
Upper Hydraulic Extractor tons 2,0 (50B)
Lower Hydraulic Extractor with stroke end mechanic stop movingtons 1 + 5 ( 50 -65B ).
This press belonging to B series, is an hydraulic press conceived as monobloc with upper moving plane.This moving plain works together with the power piston and is guided by two columns. These columns are at the same time two plunger pistons with a small diameter and they have a twofold function : to guide the moving plain and to perform fast approach of this planeto the working phase.
Because of these pistons are in oil bath, we have the advantage to avoid the slides lubrication and an excellent precision.
The main cylinder is provided with a filling valve that,during the lowering,is opened by depression allowing the cylinder filling. The piston is quickly moved by two leading guides creating so the above-mentioned depression.
The cylinder is of simple effect kind: The up stroke is fast, with the presence of two auxiliary approaching cylinders:in this phase the filling of the valve is hydraulically opened, the oil flows again toward the upper tank from which it was sucked by Depression.
