FANUC ARC Mate 100iB

The FANUC ARC Mate 100iB is a six-axis, modular construction, electric servo-driven welding robot that was designed with high speed in mind. Compact and flexible, the Arc Mate 100iB robot is capable of high speed welding and cutting, yet precise enough to handle pick and place applications. The FANUC ARC Mate 100iB has a relatively lightweight payload ability at 6kg, which makes it perfect for welding applications.



Furthermore, the wire feed motor mounts directly to the top arm with added durability through the use of sealed bearings and protected drives.Its high speed wrist axes reduce haircut times and improve the overall throughput. The ARC Mate 100iB RJ3iB FANUC robots also have extremely narrow wrists, making the inside of parts or other machines easily accessible. It offers a very large work envelope that is useful for large parts or tooling. There are also gas/air lines and a Lincoln Electric wire feed motor cable routed inside the robot arm, helping to improve overall reliability and eliminate external cabling requirements.



The benefits dont stop here! The Turbo Move advanced servo control features enable quick and smooth point-to-point motion to increase arc on-time and throughput. The Lincoln Electrics Power Wave TM or STTTM power source keeps things simple with its plug and play ability.



This robot will be paired with a RJ3iB controller and ARC Mate 100iB RJ3iB arc welding robots are compatible with all major brands of welding equipment for maximum flexibility.
