It is very suitable to the flexible production with less quantity, especially for the components which need multi bends on one tube. It is much more affordable than CNC 3 axes machine, nevertheless it is capable of multi- bends job as well.
1.Touch screen PLC control with graphic display for friendly use and easy operation. Program is with storage of 100 sets x 10 bends/set.

2 Rotating axis servo motor drove and with digital programming.
3 Bending axis hydraulics drove and with digital programming.
3. In auto mode, the machine will automatically do the tube rotation and bending after operator move the carriage to the right position.
