1. Variable Rake CNC Design

Unlike fixed-angle swing beam shears, the variable rake system allows the CNC controller to adjust the blade angle automatically (typically up to 2.3) based on material thickness. This flexibility significantly reduces material twist, camber, and edge distortion when cutting thin strip segments.

2. Fully Automated CNC Adjustment

The unit is commonly equipped with a user-friendly touch screen control unit (such as the D-Touch 7 or Cybelec systems).
